Eric – Eric is the founder of Vision Launchers and keeps the VL fire alive at all times. He is the resident technology expert, in addition to creating award-winning marketing campaigns and designs that communicate complex messages in innovative ways. His work ranges from consulting with Fortune 500 companies, positioning big companies for acquisition, to helping the next big idea get launched. He has a thriving passion for new venture development, is a published author on Entrepreneurship and is involved with more startups than he has fingers to count on. If he ever gets outside the office, his interests are motocross, anything with tapatio on it and hanging out with his wife and dog "Coco."

Sam – Sam is adept at finding outside the box solutions to a wide variety of problems. He has consulted with global organizations on issues of strategy and marketing and has also been involved in the entertainment industry through writing a screenplay. His skill sets also encompass developing innovative marketing programs and the usage of a wide variety of mediums to communicate complex messages, as well as helping emerging ventures get off the ground. Sam enjoys floating the American river, convincing people that Steamboat Springs is the center of the world and running with his wife.

Brent – Brent’s consulting experience ranges from emerging ventures to private equity deals. His areas of expertise are in international entrepreneurship, multi-national business research and succinctly communicating globalization trends and their effects on business models to clients around the globe. His skill sets also include project management and “getting the ball across the finish line”. Outside of the downtown office, he enjoys international travel, reading about politics, convincing Sam that Artesia is the center of the world and camping with his wife.

Daniel – Daniel is the resident designer and has a keen eye for typographic layouts and forward thinking color pallets. His experience ranges across conceptual design, identity design, print design and web design. Daniel is also an avid land art aficionado and can regularly be found along the river banks of the Sacramento region. When he’s not in the office pontificating about the benefits of a Mac over a PC, he enjoys traveling, mountain biking, trying to convince himself to actually practice his violin and eating “the special” at the café downstairs.

Lesley – Lesley is the master of words. She handles VL's public relations projects and has been known to string together sentence after sentence of pure gold. She's also worked on important copy for VL web and print clients and her track record of success is proven and bankable.

Jay – Jay is our efficiency and reliability guy when it comes to web and software applications. He's been identifying and implementing the appropriate technologies and databases since Al Gore or the US Military or the guys over in England created the internet. When he's not trying to break all of the programs we make, Jay enjoys hiking in the Canadian Rockies, watching baseball and salsa dancing.

Chris – Chris is the lead programmer on most of VL's web projects. He has an actual degree in computer programming and he and his team currently work from Toronto, Canada. Chris' strengths are writing applications and programs in just about all the geeky programming languages. When he's not writing lines of code, Chris enjoys preaching the many benefits of Canadian citizenship, watching the Simpsons and spending time with his new daughter and wife.

Erica – Erica is our lead photographer on most projects. She's quite talented and has done work all over the world, ranging from nature shoots in Tanzania to wedding clients in the Midwest to corporate work in Napa Valley. She's got a keen eye for lighting and for incorporating subtle themes throughout a shoot. When she's not behind the camera, Erica enjoys eating teriyaki sushi rolls, playing obscure board games and watching "So You Think You Can Dance".
