Vision Casting and Ideation sessions keep it simple: a large conference room, a giant white board, a projector and lots of collaboration. Rarely do we ask many details about your idea or business prior to our sessions as too much preparation and detail work stifles spontaneous creation of new ideas. The most clearly articulated ideas and directions commonly come out of group sessions producing a melting pot of ideas without rules, boundaries or limitations.
Our team will make the trip to wherever you are or you can come to us. We can work with nearly any size team (we prefer 8 or less) or merely work with a founder or senior executive. Sessions ar limited to a maximum of 4 hours at a time to prohibit paralysis by analysis after extended periods of time.
Sessions can be a la carte or can be regularly scheduled. There are no rules, standards or requirements. Whatever the venture, customer or business revenue model, we promise you will walk away with new ideas, direction and focus for your endeavors.
