As reality TV gained prominence and market share with each passing season, RTVStar approached Vision Launchers to develop a technology platform whereby an individual could use the web to apply to any reality TV show, including The Apprentice, Survivor and The Bachelor and others. Vision Launchers worked with RTVStar management to first undo some pretty messy work that another firm had done. We then took the code and components that were salvageable and developed an information architecture that allowed aspiring RTV stars to post a profile, videos and other TV-relevant information. The site, upon its launch, received considerable press converage from USA Today and other entertainment news services.
